You will enjoy the large king-size master bedroom suite/bath with TV/VCR, oversized tub, separate shower, dual sinks, separate commode and walk-in-closets. The two guest bedrooms each have one double bed, walk-in-closet, hall bath. All bedrooms have rockers and reading lamps. Large kitchen with island seating for four, open floor plan, large formal dining area with table for six, completely furnished living room with TV/DVD/VCR, Dish Network, fireplace, books, movies. Indoor laundry including laundry detergent. Extra table with pamphlets, brochures and local maps to help guide you along.
This is a completely furnished and very well appointed home with kitchen equipped with everything that a chef would need. We have plenty of parking for boats and trailers. This is a popular area for diving, kayaking/canoeing, boating or simply enjoying a relaxing float down the lazy, crystal clear rivers with springs bubbling all around.
Antiquing, shopping and lunch in nearby High Springs and Alachua Historic Districts.

Rates: Couples only special - Use of master bedroom/bath suite and all common areas -- $145 per night - two night minimum.
Six people - use of entire home - $200 per night - two night minimum.

Plus 9% sales tax. There is no charge for cleaning. $200 security deposit if paying by check. We accept Master Card & Visa.
